Students will watch the video 'Keeping Calm - Building Resilience with Hunter and Eve,' discuss emotional management techniques, and create their own Feelings Journals to draw or write about their emotions and how they manage them. A take-home discussion guide for adults will be provided to continue the conversation at home.
