In this individualized, 25-minute session, a 3rd grade student learns and personalizes emotion regulation strategies using the CASEL framework. This focus on self-management and self-awareness empowers the student with a custom Calm Toolkit to use during moments of stress.

In this 45-minute, interactive Tier 1 lesson for 5th graders, students will explore how emotions influence decisions and relationships, fostering emotional awareness and empathy. Using CASEL competencies, they’ll map feelings, share experiences, and reflect on real-life scenarios.
