By the end of Session 2, the student will accurately apply three anger-management strategies (deep breathing, safe counting, and progressive muscle relaxation) in role-plays and demonstrate at least 80% mastery on a brief strategy reflection quiz.

Building on self-regulation skills from Session 1, this lesson reinforces existing strategies, introduces a new tool (progressive muscle relaxation), and assesses mastery to support IEP goals for emotional control.
