Lesson Plan

Taming Angry Feelings Lesson Plan

Students will identify feelings of anger, recognize personal triggers, and practice a simple social story–based calming strategy by creating and using a crumple ball.

Building early emotional regulation skills helps children manage big feelings, supports positive peer interactions, and fosters a calm, cooperative classroom environment.
