Lesson Plan

Session 1 Lesson Plan

Students will identify common physical, emotional, and cognitive signs of anxiety and complete a personal Mood Map to increase self-awareness. By session’s end, each student will record one coping goal in their Reflection Journal.

Recognizing early signs of anxiety empowers students to apply coping strategies before stress escalates. Building self-awareness fosters resilience and peer support in the classroom.
