Strengths Circle Lesson Plan

In this 15-minute session, students will greet peers, identify and share personal strengths using a talking piece, and practice positive feedback to build group cohesion and self-esteem.

Building a positive classroom community helps students feel valued, improves peer connections, and fosters self-awareness—key goals of Open Circle Unit 1 for students needing extra social-emotional support.
