Mood Map Guide

Students will complete a week-long mood map using the Weekly Mood Chart, record triggers and thoughts on the Trigger-Thought Sheet, and interpret emotional patterns to build self-awareness.

This lesson empowers students to recognize and reflect on their emotions, identify patterns and triggers, and develop resilience and healthy coping strategies through guided self-analysis.
