Mindful Moments Lesson Plan

Students will learn and practice simple mindfulness techniques—watching a brief video and engaging in breathing and sensory activities—to improve focus and emotional self-regulation.

Building mindfulness skills helps young learners manage anxiety, build self-awareness, and maintain focus. These practices support social-emotional development and set the foundation for lifelong self-regulation.
