Me, My Life, My Joy

In this 60-minute individualized session, 5th graders will identify personal strengths, practice positive self-talk, and set achievable personal goals to cultivate happiness by focusing on their own lives rather than comparing with others.

By building self-awareness and goal-setting skills, students develop a positive self-image, reduce comparison-induced stress, and foster lasting social-emotional resilience essential for lifelong well-being.
