Hands To Myself Lesson Plan

Students will learn to keep their hands to themselves during recess and understand how hitting affects peers, practicing self-control and empathy through guided activities.

Reducing hitting at recess fosters a safe environment, builds the student’s self-regulation skills, and promotes empathy by recognizing others’ feelings.
