Focus Factory Lesson Plan

Students will collaborate in a timed obstacle course to practice executive functioning skills—planning, organization, and self-monitoring—aiming to improve their completion speed and strategy within 15 minutes.

This hands-on challenge engages 6th grade boys by blending physical activity with focus skill-building, fostering teamwork, real-world planning strategies, and self-awareness crucial for academic and life tasks.
