Potion Motion Plan

Students will identify a matching ‘potion’ strategy for each Zone and justify their choices through a group chant, building self-awareness and teamwork.

This lesson teaches emotional regulation by linking strategies to Zones, fostering self-awareness, communication, and collaborative justification.
