Lesson Plan

Worry vs. Wonder Plan

Students will learn to transform their worries into proactive plans by identifying anxious thoughts, reframing them as “wonder” questions, brainstorming coping strategies, and creating action steps to build resilience.

Helping students channel worry into positive planning fosters emotional self-efficacy, reduces anxiety’s paralyzing effects, and equips them with lifelong stress-management tools.
