Calm Quest Lesson Plan

Students will learn and practice three calming strategies—deep breathing, muscle squeezes, and rainbow visualization—to help them recognize and manage strong emotions, build self-regulation skills, and promote a calm learning environment.

Early exposure to simple calming techniques empowers young learners to handle stress, focus better, and contribute to a supportive classroom community.
