Calm Corner Guide

Students will learn two self-regulation strategies—grounding and deep breathing—practice them through guided activities, and reflect on how to apply these techniques to manage stress.

Middle schoolers often experience anxiety and stress; teaching practical self-regulation tools in a small group empowers students to manage emotions, build resilience, and improve focus in and out of the classroom.
