Slide Deck

Weekly Goal Dashboard

This dashboard helps you:
• Visualize your chosen behavior goals
• Track daily progress in real time
• Celebrate achievements and earn rewards

Welcome the student and introduce the purpose of this dashboard. Emphasize that they’ll collaboratively set 2–3 specific goals and monitor progress live.

1. Identify Your Goals

Goal 1: ___________________________
Goal 2: ___________________________
(Optionally) Goal 3: ___________________________

Guide the student to name 2–3 specific, measurable behavior goals for the upcoming week. Write them together.

2. Define Success Criteria

• How will you know the goal is met?
• Example: “On-task during 85% of class” means on-task in at least 17 out of 20 intervals.
• Write your success measures next to each goal.

Explain SMART criteria: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound. Model one goal; then let the student refine.

3. Track Daily Progress

Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri
☐ ☐ ☐ ☐ ☐ Goal 1
☐ ☐ ☐ ☐ ☐ Goal 2

Show how each day’s performance will be recorded with checkboxes or a progress bar. Encourage consistency in self-rating.

4. Earn Points & Rewards

• Each goal met = 1 point/day
• Max 2–3 points per day
• Total points at week’s end determine your reward

Remind the student of the point-earning system tied to meeting goals each day. Reinforce that meeting all goals yields higher rewards.

5. Weekly Review & Next Steps

• Tally your total points
• Reflect: What helped you succeed?
• Decide: Adjust goals or success criteria for next week

Explain the weekly review process. Model reflecting on points earned and discuss next steps for the following week.
