Lesson Plan

Behavior Blueprint Plan

Students will identify personal behavioral triggers, track them across situations, and develop positive routines. Over five 30-minute sessions, learners will create and implement a personalized Behavior Blueprint to support self-regulation.

Understanding triggers and establishing routines helps students manage emotions and behaviors proactively. This small-group intervention fosters self-awareness and equips learners with strategies to improve classroom engagement and reduce disruptions.
