In this Tier 1 session, the school social worker meets with kindergarten students for the first time to build rapport and gauge their emotions. Over a 30-minute session, students will complete a picture-based feelings check-in form and engage in a fun ‘All About Me’ activity that helps the social worker get to know each child’s interests and strengths. This lesson sets a foundation for trust and emotional awareness.
