This two-session lesson guides 6th-8th graders in understanding respect, bullying prevention, appropriate communication, conflict resolution, and helping peers. Through readings, discussions, interactive games, worksheets, and quizzes, students build empathy and practical skills to foster a supportive classroom culture.

Students will learn the basics of mindfulness and how to apply it in their daily lives to reduce stress and improve focus. This lesson is important as it helps improve students' mental well-being, reduces stress, and enhances focus, providing them with tools to manage daily challenges effectively.
