In this 30-minute Tier 2 SEL session, 8th graders will learn to identify and regulate their emotions by becoming ‘Emotion Detectives.’ Through engaging scenarios, group discussions, and a guided mini-mindfulness activity, students build self-awareness and coping strategies. This lesson fosters emotional resilience and peer support in a small-group setting.
