This one-on-one coaching session guides a 5th grade student to build a personalized self-regulation plan with visual supports and coping scripts, empowering greater emotional independence and resilience. This Tier 3 session lasts 40 minutes and equips the student with strategies for sensory regulation and self-monitoring in real-life situations.
