What’s On Your Plate?

A whole-class dive into balanced nutrition where students analyze daily meals, understand food groups, and create healthy plate diagrams to build lifelong eating habits. This lesson helps 5th graders develop awareness of nutritious choices and apply the MyPlate model through engaging activities. Audience: 5th Grade, Tier 1, 1 session of 45 minutes.
