Warm-Up: Greeting Practice (5 minutes) **Teacher** (smiling, holding up first card): “Hi there! Today we’re going to practice saying hello to our friends. I have some special cards here. Let’s look at the first one together.” *(Show card: “Hi, I’m ___. How are you?”)* **Teacher** (modeling): “Hi, I’m Ms. Lee. How are you today?” *(Pause for emphasis, make eye contact, smile.)* **Teacher**: “Your turn! Try saying, ‘Hi, I’m ___ . How are you today?’”

**Teacher** (after student attempts): “Great job! I heard a clear voice and I felt your smile. Let’s try two more greetings.” *(Repeat with two more cards, praising each attempt: “Excellent eye contact!” “Nice big smile!”)* --- ## 2. Sharing Storytime (7 minutes) **Teacher** (holding storybook): “Now we’re going to read about sharing. This is our [Sharing Storybook](#sharing-storybook). I’ll read a page and then we’ll talk about it.” *(Open to first sharing scene and read.)* **Teacher** (pausing): “What does it mean to share? Can you tell me?”

**Teacher** (after response): “Yes—sharing means letting someone else use what you have. Let’s see how the character feels when they share.” *(Continue reading, pausing again at next sharing moment.)* **Teacher**: “How do you think the character feels now? Why?”

**Teacher**: “That’s right! They feel happy when they share.” --- ## 3. Turn-Taking Role-Play (8 minutes) **Teacher** (holding spinner): “Next up: taking turns. This is our [Turn-Taking Spinner](#turn-taking-spinner). We’ll spin to see who goes first.” *(Spin spinner.)* **Teacher**: “It landed on me first! Watch me—I'm going to show you a toy and say, ‘Your turn.’ Then it will be your turn.” **Teacher** (demonstrating): “Here is a teddy bear. Your turn.” *(Hand teddy bear, then spin again.)* **Teacher**: “Now it’s your turn to spin and show me a toy. You can say, ‘Your turn,’ when you hand it to me.”

**Teacher** (after student role-play): “Fantastic waiting and sharing! I loved how you said ‘Your turn’ and ‘Thank you.’” --- ## 4. Sharing Tokens Game (6 minutes) **Teacher** (showing tokens): “Now let’s play the Sharing Tokens Game. Every time you offer to share something, you earn a token from our [Sharing Tokens](#sharing-tokens).” **Teacher** (modeling with a toy car): “Would you like to play with this car? Here you go.” *(Give toy and a token.)* **Teacher**: “I offered the toy, I said ‘Here you go,’ and I got a token!” **Teacher**: “Now it’s your turn. You can pick a toy and share it with me using words like, ‘Can I share?’ and then ‘Here you go.’ Let’s practice!”

**Teacher** (after student shares): “Amazing sharing! You earned a token and used kind words.” --- ## 5. Reflection & Goal Setting (4 minutes) **Teacher** (gathering tokens): “You did an awesome job today practicing greetings, turn-taking, and sharing. Let’s think about what we did.” **Teacher**: “Which skill did you enjoy the most?”

**Teacher**: “Great choice! Now, what is one thing you will share tomorrow in our group or with a friend?”

**Teacher**: “Wonderful plan! I’m so proud of how you greeted, waited your turn, and shared today. Remember to use these words tomorrow: ‘Hi, I’m ___,’ ‘Your turn,’ and ‘Can I share?’” **Teacher** (smiling): “Thanks for practicing with me. You’re ready to shine in our group!”
