This 8-session lesson series is designed for 4th grade girls to empower them with the skills to stand up for themselves in friendships. Through engaging discussions, activities, games, and role-playing scenarios, students will learn how to assert themselves and maintain healthy relationships. Each session is 30 minutes long, focusing on building confidence and communication skills.

This six-week lesson plan is designed to help two 4th grade girls develop essential friendship skills through engaging activities, discussions, and videos. Each session will focus on different aspects of friendship, such as communication, empathy, and collaboration, using trauma-informed teaching, collaborative learning, and restorative practices. This approach will create a safe and supportive environment for the students to explore and enhance their social skills.
