Students will learn the four Zones of Regulation (Blue, Green, Yellow, Red) and identify feelings linked to each zone through an interactive story, while establishing group norms for a safe, respectful group environment.

Students will identify personal triggers and physical body clues for each Zone of Regulation, practice matching triggers to zones through sorting activities, and learn to notice early signals of rising emotions.
