Worry Monster Workshop

Create a worry monster for anxiety

In this lesson, students will learn about managing anxiety by creating their own worry monster. This creative activity helps students externalize their worries and provides a tangible way to express and manage their feelings. The lesson includes a video to introduce the concept, a hands-on activity to create the worry monster, and a discussion to reflect on the experience. This approach encourages emotional expression and provides students with a tool to cope with anxiety.
