Step 1

Step 2

Explore Wellness Station

15 minutes

  • Allow students to rotate through different activities:
    • Stress Balls: Encourage students to use stress balls to relieve tension.
    • Positive Affirmation Cards: Students pick a card and reflect on its message.
    • Mindful Coloring Sheets: Students engage in coloring to promote mindfulness.
  • Encourage students to spend about 5 minutes at each station.
