Step 1

- Explain the idea of a 'Wellness Wheel' and how it can help maintain balance in different areas of life.
- Introduce the three main components: physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Step 2
Creating the Wellness Wheel
15 minutes
- Distribute paper plates or circular paper to each student.
- Provide markers, colored pencils, scissors, and glue or tape.
- Instruct students to divide their circle into three sections, labeling them as physical, emotional, and social.
- Ask students to brainstorm and write down strategies or activities they can do to enhance each area of their well-being.
- Encourage creativity in decorating their wheels with colors and drawings that represent their personal wellness strategies.
