Lesson Plan

Identity Exploration Blueprint

Students will explore and articulate their personal strengths, core values, and emotions to build deeper self-awareness and confidence. By lesson’s end, each student will identify a personal strength, reflect on a core value in writing, and share one descriptive word about themselves.

Developing self-awareness helps students recognize their unique qualities, fosters positive self-esteem, and lays the groundwork for empathy and healthy relationships. This lesson builds foundational CASEL Self-Awareness skills.
