Johari Window Introduction

Students will learn the four quadrants of the Johari Window, identify personal traits in each quadrant, receive peer feedback on blind spots, and reflect on their self-awareness; teacher will assess understanding through observation and journal entries.

This lesson builds self-awareness by helping students recognize known and unknown aspects of themselves, fostering empathy and communication skills while allowing teachers to assess insight through discussion and reflection.
