Comic Zone Analysis Plan
Students will analyze comic and cartoon characters to identify their corresponding Zone of Regulation and propose appropriate self-regulation tools for each scenario.
This lesson deepens students’ understanding of their own feelings and regulation strategies by applying the Zones framework to familiar visuals, fostering self-awareness and collaborative SEL practice.
