Personal Values Lesson Plan

Participants will identify and articulate their core personal values and explore how these inform their leadership and school culture, culminating in a values-alignment project guideline.

Authentic, values-driven leadership builds trust, clarity, and positive culture. This session helps school leaders ground decisions in personal values and model them for staff and students.
