- Print copies of My Superpower Shield Creator Activity (one per student).
- Print copies of Reflecting on My Career Quest Journal (one per student).
- Gather markers or colored pencils and scissors.

Step 1
Introduction: What's Your Superpower?
10 minutes
- Display Unleash Your Inner Career Hero Slide Deck (Slides 1-3).
- Begin with a captivating question: "What makes you, YOU? What are your hidden talents or things you love to do?" (5 minutes)
- Explain that everyone has unique "superpowers" (strengths, interests, passions) that can lead to amazing careers. Introduce the lesson objective. (5 minutes)

Step 2
Discover Your Super Strengths (Activity)
20 minutes
- Distribute the My Superpower Shield Creator Activity and explain the instructions (5 minutes).
- Guide students through brainstorming their strengths, interests, and passions, writing them on their shield sections. Encourage them to think broadly, beyond just school subjects (e.g., problem-solving, creativity, helping others, loving animals, building things). (10 minutes)
- Facilitate brief pair-share where students share one superpower with a classmate. (5 minutes)

Connecting Superpowers to Careers
15 minutes

- Lead a discussion using the slides, prompting students to think about how different superpowers might translate into various career fields. Provide examples. (10 minutes)
- Have students briefly write down 2-3 potential career paths on their shield that align with their identified superpowers. (5 minutes)

Reflecting on Your Career Quest (Journal)
