Step 1
Introduction: What is Creativity?
10 minutes
- Begin with a warm welcome and a provocative question: "When you hear the word 'creativity,' what's the first thing that comes to mind?" (2 minutes)
- Facilitate a brief group share, noting down key themes on the whiteboard. (3 minutes)
- Introduce the lesson's objective: to explore diverse forms of creativity and identify individual creative superpowers. (2 minutes)
- Transition to the Creative Strengths Discovery Slide Deck for a broader definition of creativity. (3 minutes)

Exploring Creative Dimensions
15 minutes
- Present slides exploring different dimensions of creativity (e.g., artistic, problem-solving, innovative, expressive, practical). (7 minutes)
- For each dimension, provide examples and ask participants to reflect if they see themselves in that category. (5 minutes)

- Definition: Developing entirely new concepts, products, or approaches that haven't existed before.
- Looks like: Entrepreneurship, scientific discovery, creating new systems, pioneering new methods.
