Scenario Steppers Lesson Plan

Students will step into others’ shoes through real-life scenarios, identify diverse perspectives and emotions, and practice empathetic responses to build social awareness and a supportive classroom community.

Developing empathy in 3rd graders fosters positive peer relationships, reduces conflict, and creates a caring environment where all students feel understood and respected.
