Storm to Stillness Roadmap

Students will identify their personal emotional triggers and practice self-calming strategies through guided mindfulness and reflective activities, building foundational self-management skills.

When students recognize what “storms” trigger big emotions and learn concrete calming tools, they can regulate reactions, focus better, and feel more in control of their feelings.
