Step 1

  • Discuss different types of weather (sunny, cloudy, rainy, snowy).
  • Explain that they will be making a weather wheel to track the weather each day.

Step 2

Crafting Weather Wheels

10 minutes

  • Distribute paper plates and weather symbols to each student.
  • Instruct students to color and cut out the weather symbols.
  • Show them how to attach the symbols to the paper plate using a brad, creating a wheel that can spin to show different weather types.
