Step 1

- Emphasize that everyone is creative in their own way.

Activity: Brainstorm Bonanza
15 minutes

- Divide students into small groups (2-3 students).
- Each group picks a card and brainstorms as many ideas as possible related to the prompt on the card within a time limit (e.g., 5 minutes).

Brainstorm Bonanza Activity Cards
Instructions: Cut out these cards. In your groups, pick a card and brainstorm as many ideas as you can for the prompt!
Card 1: New Invention
Imagine you could invent anything to make mornings easier. What would it be? Draw or describe your invention.
Card 2: Magical Pet
If you could have a magical pet, what would it look like? What special powers would it have? What would you name it?
Card 3: Super Snack
Invent a brand new, super-healthy, and super-tasty snack. What ingredients does it have? What does it look like? What's its name?
Card 4: Story Starter
Finish this story: "One sunny afternoon, a tiny key fell from the sky..." What happens next? Who finds it? Where does it lead?
Card 5: Dream Playground
Design your ultimate dream playground. What unique swings, slides, or games would it have? What materials would it be made of?
Card 6: Animal Superpower
If animals could talk, what would they say? Choose an animal and give it a unique superpower. What does it do with it?

Goal: Create silly and imaginative stories or inventions using the dice prompts!
Materials: 2 dice (or use a digital dice roller)
