Step 1

Introduction to Emotions

Step 2

Role-Playing Scenarios

  • Divide students into small groups.
  • Give each group a Scenario Card that describes a situation where they must identify the emotions involved and act it out.
  • Encourage groups to discuss how they would feel in the situation and what they would do to manage their emotions.
