Understanding Diversity

Students will learn about the importance of diversity and how to appreciate and respect differences.

In this 1-hour lesson, students will explore the concept of diversity through discussions, group activities, and reflection exercises. The lesson aims to help students understand the importance of diversity within their community and develop a greater appreciation and respect for differences. SEL components such as empathy and self-awareness will be integrated into the activities.
