Triggers and Triumphs Plan
In this 40-minute individual session, the student will identify her self-harm triggers, practice asking for help, and develop three healthy, interest-based coping strategies to replace self-harm.
Addressing perfectionism and self-harm triggers reduces risk, encourages help-seeking, and empowers the student with personalized coping skills connected to her volleyball athlete identity and reading interests.
