Project Guide

My Ideal Clean Space Project Guide

Project Objective

Design and describe your ideal clean space, applying principles of both personal and environmental hygiene. This project will help you visualize how a clean environment contributes to overall wellbeing and public health.

  • A collage (digital or physical)
  • A 3D model (made from household items)
  • A digital design (using a drawing app, Google Slides, etc.)

Your visual should clearly show:

  • Elements of personal hygiene (e.g., a clean bathroom, organized closet).
  • Elements of environmental hygiene (e.g., proper waste disposal, clean surfaces, healthy plants, good airflow).
  • How the space is organized and maintained.

2. Written Description (200-300 words)

Write a detailed description of your ideal clean space. In your description, please address the following questions:

  • How does this space contribute to your personal wellbeing?
  • How does this space contribute to the wellbeing of others or the community (if applicable)?
  • What steps are needed to maintain this space as clean and healthy?

3. Presentation (3-5 minutes)

Prepare a short presentation to share your ideal clean space with the class. During your presentation, you should:

  • Show your visual representation.
  • Summarize your written description, highlighting the key aspects of your clean space.
  • Explain why you chose these specific elements and how they impact wellbeing.
  • Be prepared to answer questions from your classmates.

Timeline

  • Day 1 (Today): Project Introduction, Brainstorming, and Question & Answer session.
  • Next 3-5 Days (Homework/In-class work): Work on your visual representation and written description.
  • Due Date (Presentation Day): Projects are due, and presentations will begin.

Reminders

  • Be creative and thoughtful in your design!
  • Ensure your written description clearly explains your choices.
  • Practice your presentation so you feel confident sharing your work.

Good luck, and have fun designing your ideal clean space!
