Cardio Code Plan

By the end of this one-on-one session, the student will identify at least three types of cardio exercises and explain two benefits of regular cardio, demonstrating mastery through a tailored quiz and reflection dialogue.

Understanding different cardio exercises and their benefits equips students with knowledge to make healthier lifestyle choices and promotes lifelong physical fitness habits.
