Reading

Guided Imagery Script

A calming script to lead students through a guided imagery exercise, helping them visualize a peaceful scene and focus on their breathing.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in... and out. Imagine you are in a beautiful garden. The sun is shining, and you can hear birds singing. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin and the gentle breeze. As you walk through the garden, notice the vibrant colors of the flowers and the fresh scent in the air. Take a moment to sit on a soft patch of grass and feel completely relaxed. Focus on your breathing, in and out, as you enjoy this peaceful moment.
