Step 1

Step 2

Building Challenge

10 mins

  • Provide a large set of blocks or LEGO.
  • Instruct the children to work together to build a structure.
  • Observe and offer encouragement as they collaborate.

Step 3

Teamwork Games

25 mins

  • Play a ball-passing game where children must work together to pass a ball without dropping it.
  • Engage in a mural activity where children collectively create a big piece of art on chart paper.
  • Ensure every child participates and encourage positive reinforcement.

Step 4

Reflection

10 mins

  • Gather children back in a circle.
  • Discuss what they did in the activities and how they had to work together.
  • Ask questions about their feelings and what they learned about teamwork.

Step 5

Closure

  • Hand out 'Teamwork Badges' to each child.
  • Encourage children to share one thing they enjoyed about the lesson.
