Step 2

Team Building Activity 1: Human Knot

15 mins

Form groups of 6-8 students. Each group stands in a circle and holds hands with two different people, not next to them. The goal is to untangle themselves without letting go of hands. Debrief by discussing what strategies worked and how they communicated.

Use the prepared discussion questions to guide a conversation about the importance of teamwork, what they learned from the activities, and how they felt while participating.
