Students will identify their personal anxiety “Worry Monsters,” recognize common triggers, and practice two calming techniques to manage worry in real time.

Anxiety can hinder academic performance and social engagement. Teaching 8th graders to pinpoint triggers and use practical coping strategies promotes emotional resilience and peer support in a safe, structured group setting.
