Taming Test Jitters In-Class Plan
Over four 30-minute in-class sessions, students will practice group-based deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, positive self-talk, and test-taking strategies to reduce anxiety and build confidence.
Many second graders experience test stress; teaching these skills in a supportive classroom setting meets diverse learning needs, reinforces IEP goals, and fosters a calm testing environment.
