Warm-Up: What Makes You Feel 'Buzzing'?

- Display Slide 1: 'Stress Less, Achieve More!'.
- Teacher Script: "Hola, chicos y chicas! Today, we're going to talk about something super important: how we feel when things get tough, and how we can make ourselves stronger. Let's start with a quick check-in. Think about something that makes you feel excited or maybe a little bit nervous, like a buzzing bee inside. What's one thing that makes you feel 'buzzing'? You can share in English or Spanish."

Understanding Stress: Big Feelings

- Teacher Script: "Sometimes that 'buzzing' feeling can get too big, and that's what we call stress. Stress is how our body reacts to challenges or demands. It's not always bad – a little bit can help us focus! But too much can make us feel overwhelmed, like a big storm inside."

- Display Slide 3: 'Signs of Stress / Señales de Estrés' and briefly discuss common signs in both languages.

Time Management: Taming the Schedule Monster!

- Teacher Script: "One big reason we sometimes feel stressed is when we have too much to do and not enough time. Who feels like their schedule is a 'schedule monster' sometimes? We're going to learn how to tame that monster with time management!"
