Students will cycle through four hands-on stress-buster stations, practice quick coping strategies, rate each station’s effectiveness, and reflect on which techniques help them manage stress most.

By actively engaging in varied coping activities, students build a personal toolkit for mental and emotional wellness, boosting resilience and self-awareness.
